if you have one of my styg designs and are looking for my adoptable TOS you are probably looking for the STYGIAN TOS - i defer on all rules to the stygian TOS
since i've been asked about my personal preferences:
1. i do allow my designs to be resold at any price regardless of whether you receive it as a freebie or trade, etc., please don't think i'll secretly judge you or hold it against you i really don't mind. just make sure that the person you sell it to knows its history so they can make an informed decision about the design's value.
2. as long as you own the design i'm fine with ports to other species, just make sure the closed species owner is ok with it if it's a guest design (eg. stygians). if you trade the design i'd like all ports to be traded with it, though.
